Terms of Service

1. Relationship

MakrX Services connects fabrication partners with MakrX customers. By accessing the dashboard or APIs you act as either a “Provider” or an authorised MakrX employee. The master services agreement signed with MakrX governs commercial and pricing terms; this document defines how you use the platform.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use valid MakrX-issued credentials. Do not share accounts.
• Submit only production-ready files that you are licensed to fabricate.
• Keep capacity, turnaround times, and pricing data accurate.
• Respect customer privacy and communicate via MakrX channels.

3. Security & Compliance

You must notify MakrX within 24 hours of any suspected compromise of your account or production environment. MakrX may suspend access if we detect abuse, policy violations, or legal risk. Providers must comply with applicable export controls and product safety regulations.

4. Service Levels

MakrX targets 99.5% uptime for the provider APIs. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Provider payout schedules follow the cadence in your commercial agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate platform access with 30 days notice. MakrX may suspend immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination you must delete MakrX-supplied data unless retention is mandated by law.
