MakrX Services connects fabrication partners with MakrX customers. By accessing the dashboard or APIs you act as either a “Provider” or an authorised MakrX employee. The master services agreement signed with MakrX governs commercial and pricing terms; this document defines how you use the platform.
You must notify MakrX within 24 hours of any suspected compromise of your account or production environment. MakrX may suspend access if we detect abuse, policy violations, or legal risk. Providers must comply with applicable export controls and product safety regulations.
MakrX targets 99.5% uptime for the provider APIs. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Provider payout schedules follow the cadence in your commercial agreement.
Either party may terminate platform access with 30 days notice. MakrX may suspend immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination you must delete MakrX-supplied data unless retention is mandated by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of MakrX Services will first be raised with MakrX support for informal resolution; if unresolved, it will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Chandigarh, India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
